Eligibility Criteria
Minimum Qualification/Eligibility:
- Graduation and MBA from a recognized university (preference will be given to candidates with an engineering degree at the UG level).
- Experience in career counselling and placement activities in government, private organizations, or PSUs.
Desirable Skills:
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Good noting and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, email communication, latest technologies, and social media platforms.
- Experience liaisoning with companies/organizations/institutions, and experience in event/seminar management.

Contract Terms
- The appointment is on a purely temporary basis for 11 months.
- This position does not confer any right to continuous employment or permanency in future.
- The selected Placement Officer may be assigned additional responsibilities from the Career Counselling & Placement Section, reporting to the Professor In-Charge of that section.
- If suitable candidates are not found, the post shall not be filled.
- The selected candidate will be required to join immediately.
