Roles and Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer under the REAP project, you will play a key technical role in setting up vital rural infrastructure, such as Way Side Amenities (WSA), Agri-Business Centers (ABC), and rural collection centers. Your tasks will include:
- Conducting site surveys, feasibility assessments, and developing Detailed Project Reports (DPRs).
- Managing measurement books (MB), billing details, and cost estimations.
- Supervising construction safety guidelines, identifying technical defects, and verifying structural benchmarks.

Educational Qualifications
- Minimum Requirement: A Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized polytechnic or institute.

Selection Process & Marking Pattern
The selection process follows a transparent, multi-stage screening methodology evaluating a total scale of 100 marks:
- Educational Credentials (Max 30 Marks): 20 marks for an engineering diploma; a full 30 marks if you have a completed B.E./B.Tech degree.
- Experience & Software Skills (Max 30 Marks): 5 marks for the basic 1-year experience, plus 3 marks for each additional year up to a cap of 20 marks. An additional 10 marks are allocated for your verified CAD software expertise.
- Personal Interview (Max 40 Marks): An evaluation of technical acumen, remote field agility, and alignment with rural deployment goals.
