Eligibility Criteria
- JRF & SRF (base qualification): B.E./B.Tech in ECE/EEE/EIE or equivalent, with GATE/NET qualification.
- OR M.E./M.Tech (with GATE/NET qualification) in ECE/VLSI and related areas.
- OR M.Tech/B.Tech from CFTIs, meeting the prescribed CGPA criteria.
- SRF (additional requirement): A minimum of 2 years of research or industry experience, on top of the above qualification.
- Applications are open to Indian nationals only.
About the Role
Candidates should ideally have experience with Cadence Virtuoso, foundry PDKs, and ADS simulation tools, along with strong knowledge of analog/mixed-signal circuit design and CMOS technologies. Responsibilities will include photonic and electronic circuit design, layout, verification, tape-out support, and chip characterisation. Knowledge of EM simulation tools and electromagnetic modeling of high-frequency structures will be an added advantage.

Selection Process
